Autumn Spice French Toast

- 100mL egg Creations egg substitute shopping list
- 3 tbsp water shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice shopping list
- 1/2 tsp maple extract shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp brown sugar shopping list
- 2 slices multigrain bread, slightly dried out if possible shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
- Whisk together egg substitute, water, spice, extract and sugar in a shallow dish.
- Dip the bread, one slice at a time, into the egg mixture, coating it thoroughly and allowing it to soak slightly into the bread.
- Fry toast in a spray of PAM (or similar) until the egg mixture is cooked - about 2-3 minutes a side.
- Serve immediately with maple syrup, jam or honey!
