Heavenly Hash

This one is for the chocolate fans.
Ingredients
- 2 sticks margarine shopping list
- 2 c. sugar shopping list
- 2 c. self-rising flour shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- 3 Tbsps. cocoa shopping list
- 1 c. nuts shopping list
- miniature marshmallows shopping list
How to make it
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add eggs and flour and beat well.
- Add vanilla, cocoa and nuts.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
- Cover immediately with miniature marshmallows.
- Top with chocolate icing while hot.
- Yield: 1----9 x 13 cake

- Chocolate Icing:
- 1 stick margarine
- 3 Tbsps. cocoa
- 6 Tbsps. milk
- 1 box XXXX sugar (Confectionery sugar)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Mix margarine, cocoa, and milk in sauce pan.
- Heat over low flame but do not boil.
- Remove from heat and add XXXX sugar, and vanilla.
- Mix well.
- Pour over cake as soon as removed from oven.
