Cheese Stuffed Meatloaf

- ground beef ( not too fat and not too lean) shopping list
- 2 slices texas toast bread or any bread sliced thickly shopping list
- 1/2 onion grated finely shopping list
- 1 small pkg grated mexican cheese or cheese of preference shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- greound pepper to taste shopping list
- 2 squirts deli mustard shopping list
- dried Itralian seasoning shopping list
- 1 large can evaporated milk shopping list
- chopped fresh parsley shopping list
- 1 cup Italian grated cheese shopping list
- 1 full cup of breadcrumbs shopping list
How to make it
- preheat oven to 325
- Place beef in large bowl
- add bread and pour evaporated milk over bread to soak
- Grate in onion
- add parsley
- Italian seasong to taste
- hot to sweet chile to taste
- mustard
- grated parmesan
- salt and pepper to taste

- The Fun Part is to mush it all together
- I have always used my hands but you do what is best for you
- ---------------
- 2 equal (sort of) pieces of wax paper
- lay 1 pc on counter
- Place half meat mixture in a 1' flat square on paper
- Pat grated mexican cheese on top
- Cover with the rest of meat mixture
- lift wax paper to cover edge
- Roll and remove paper ( as in pic)
- refrigerate 5 min
- This makes it easier to place in lighty greased (crisco) meatloaf pan

- Bake 45-50 minutes at 325F
