Herbs de Provence Spice Mix Recipe

How to make it

  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well and place in a pint jar. Store in a cool, dark place.

    I think to make it a true Herbes de Provence the lavender should be included. Otherwise a great herb blend.

    I love Herbes de Provence, and use it more than any other herb or spice blend. I've had some variations that include lavender as well, which is gorgeous. Thanks for posting; I may need to try making my own!
