Moms Strawberry Cake

This is one of my mom's recipes. She always had one in the freezer in case company came. Everytime I bake it I think of her.
Ingredients
- 3 cups flour shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 16 ounces frozen strawberries shopping list
- 1 1/4 cup chopped pecans shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1 1/4 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- glaze shopping list
- 1/4 cup strawberry juice shopping list
- 1 to 2 tablespoons melted butter shopping list
- 2 cups powdered sugar shopping list
- Beat all with mixer until smooth shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix dry ingredients and seasonings
- Add eggs, strawberries, and oil
- Beat well with mixer
- Pour into greased bundt pan
- Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees
- Cool slightly before removing from pan
- Add glaze to warm cake if desired
