How to make it

  • In a large skillet, brown beef and onions, drain
  • Stir in remaining ingredients except rice and cheese
  • Bring to a boil
  • Stir in rice
  • Reduce heat to low
  • Cover and simmer 5 - 7 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally,
  • Remove from heat, fluff mixture with fork.
  • Sprinkle with cheese
  • Cover, let stand, 3 - 5 minutes, until cheese is melted

    Like the recipe a lot. My choice will be the ground beef. Nice little keeper! Will save and try later. Thanks for sharing. You got my HIGH 5. :)
