This basic and tasty Turkey meatloaf is a cinch to make. Very basic, but so good. Great for dinner, but I like to make ahead for sandwiches during the week.

Marky,
This sounds really yummy. I love leftover meatloaf sandwiches. I have saved this to give it a try. Thanks for letting me know about it. :)

Wowee Marky. I'm not a big fan of meatloaf (hubby is), but even I think this would be delicious! I like that you use ground turkey! Can't wait to make a sandwich out of it. Thank you so much for taking the time to post yet another interesting and wonderful recipe. You're the Best.

What a great idea! Love it! You are right - Mac N Cheese is the best side dish for it!

Made this today. Good flavor. Had a piece while still hot. Holds together well. Not the firm texture I was expecting. It was on the mush side. Maybe it will firm up after cooling. If it doesn't, I'll do a meat blend next time. Half turkey and maybe pork or cow or buffalo.
Made some pictures for you. One in the 9x13 and another in a double bottomed meatloaf pan.
Turkey was labeled as 85%/15% but not much drippings in the bottom of the double bottom meatloaf pan. The 9x13 seemed to suck the drippings back up on cooling.
I would make this again.

Loaf has much more texture after cooling. Think this one will go on my "only sandwich" list. And that's not a bad thing either.
