Ingredients

How to make it

  • Heat oil in 2 separate pans
  • One on low
  • The other medium high
  • Prepare filets :
  • egg
  • flour
  • egg
  • breadcrumb/popcorn mixture
  • ---
  • fry fish in hotter pan until crispy golden brown
  • while sauteeing vegetables quickly in other skillet
  • Remove fish to a paper towel and quickly drain
  • Serve immediately with your favorite fish sauce or as is
  • Plate with sauteed vegetables
  • -------
  • Quartered tomatoes with an oil, garlic and basil dressing with just a splash of balsamic vinegar
  • And don't forget biscuits or popovers!
  • That's it! Enjoy!
