Munchy Crunchy Mahi-mahi With Sauteed Squash Onion N G-g-garlic

- 2 fresh or fresh-frozen mahi-mahi filets shopping list
- washed and patted dry shopping list
- 2 scrambled eggs with salt and pepper added shopping list
- 1 cup flour shopping list
- after the popcorn is popped remove kernal ( it is worth the short time it takes to make such a crunchy 'breading' shopping list
- 1 cup breadcrumbs combined with one cup 'blenderized' popped popcorn shopping list
- dash chili powder shopping list
- ------ shopping list
- 2 yellow squash , washed ,peeled and julliened shopping list
- 2 zuchinni, washed, peeled and julliened shopping list
- 1 white onion peeled , halved and sliced into strips shopping list
- 4 cloves slivered garlic shopping list
- place in bowl together with a small amount of kosher salt , ground pepper and chili powder shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil in 2 separate pans
- One on low
- The other medium high
- Prepare filets :
- egg
- flour
- egg
- breadcrumb/popcorn mixture
- ---
- fry fish in hotter pan until crispy golden brown
- while sauteeing vegetables quickly in other skillet
- Remove fish to a paper towel and quickly drain
- Serve immediately with your favorite fish sauce or as is
- Plate with sauteed vegetables

- Quartered tomatoes with an oil, garlic and basil dressing with just a splash of balsamic vinegar
- And don't forget biscuits or popovers!

JM, I love mahi mahi. It is one of my all time faves! I have never tried the blenderized cooked popcorn before. It sounds like the crunch would be great. Thanks so much for the super post. :)
