So I have this addiction that when I try something I love, I have to immediately go home and recreate it and throw my own spin on it. This is an example. I was at Aveda getting my hair cut and stepped out to the organica cafe to have a bite while my color was taking. Read more I must have made this particular salad about 10 times before sealing the deal on the ingredients. Hope you like it, it's GREAT for picnic and gets better with time. See less

p.s. I forgot to mention that I couldn't find green goddess dressing anywhere. Weird, eh? So I used Annie's Naturals Goddess Dressing, which is similar, but is vegan and has tahini and no anchovies. The salad still tastes great.

All my favorite flavors. I adore green godddess dressing. Black beans and avocado is a great combination too.
