Brussel Sprouts With Bacon Horseradish Cream Recipe

Great served with corned beef and potatoes. Great alondside holiday ham or turkey.

Ingredients
- 11/2lbs brussel sprouts,trimmed and halved
- 4 strips crisp cooked bacon,fine chopped
- 1/4c sour cream
- 2tsp prepared horseradish
- 1/4tsp salt
- 1/8tsp pepper
Directions
- Place steamer basket in large saucepan,add 1" water and bring to boil. Put brussel sprouts in the basket and steam till tender,6 to 8 minutes.
- Mix bacon,horsradish ,sour cream,salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Add the brussel sprouts and toss to coat.
