Brussel Sprouts With Bacon Horseradish Cream Recipe

How to make it

  • Place steamer basket in large saucepan,add 1" water and bring to boil. Put brussel sprouts in the basket and steam till tender,6 to 8 minutes.
  • Mix bacon,horsradish ,sour cream,salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Add the brussel sprouts and toss to coat.

    More bacon!!! This sounds REALLY good - hopefully the fresh brussel sprouts will hold out until Thanksgiving, but I anticipate trying them long before.

    We love Brussel sprouts and this sounds sooooo good. I'm hoping I have some in the freezer so I can fix this tonight. I don't want to wait until I can buy fresh.
