Kick up your appetizer offerings with this recipe. I don't remember where I got this recipe but it is kind of like zucchini squares only spicy!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Jalapeno Peppers with juice, chopped
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 pound Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
- 1 (12 ounces) can Evaporated Milk
- 1 pound Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 2 Eggs, beaten
Directions
- Preheat oven 350 degrees.
- Spray square baking pan with PAM.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
- Cool completely and cut into squares.
