My Mother-in-laws Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients

3 lbs lean ground beef

1 lb pork sausage (NOT italian, I use Jimmy Dean's breakfast sausage)

2 jumbo eggs (or 3 large)

1 onion, chopped small

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 oatmeal

1 Tbs Montreal Steak Seasoning

ketchup

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350.

Mix all the ingredients except the ketchup together.

Place in an oven safe dish. Cover with ketchup.

Bake for about 2 hours or until done, drain any fat about 1 hour into cooking.

We have baked potatoes with our meatloaf and I put the potatoes in with the oven for 1 1/2 hours.
