Ingredients

1-2 loaves frozen bread dough or make your own pizza crust with yeast

1 32 ounce spaghetti sauce

6 ounce stick of pepperoni grind in processor.. chucky

Mozerella cheese

Parm cheese

Italian sausage (optional)

Muchrooms (optional)

Green Peppers (optional)

what ever other type topping that you like.

Oil for deep frying

Directions

Let dough rest for about an hour... If frozen, thaw over nite in frig

Shape into round rounds about the size of a golf ball

Set aside.

The time depends on how many you cook.

Heat your sauce, add the pepperoni and COOKED and crumbled Italian sausage if using, let simmer while you are cooking the bread.

Stretch dough out to about the size of a saucer or small salad plate..

Deep fry until light brown at about 375 , no lower.

Remove, drain for a few minutes on paper towel.

Top each on a seperate plates with choice of the toppings.. OR

You can put all the breadon a platter,put toppings in dishes and have each person put together their own.. Stand back, I have seen teens stab each others hands going for these things.. Teens and even younger can put these away so fast it will shock you!
