Ingredients

How to make it

  • Puree strawberries in a blender.
  • Whisk eggs and oil in a small bowl.
  • In a large bowl, combine the flour, soda, sugar and cinnamon.
  • Add the strawberries to the flour mix and beat well with a spoon.
  • Add the egg and oil and beat well.
  • Pour into a greased 9x5 loaf pan.
  • Bake at 325 for 70 minutes.
  • Remove loaf from pan 5 minutes after taking the loaf from the oven and cool completely on a rack.

    I love making Breads, especially now that Fall has arrived, this Bread sounds Wonderful, I'm definately going to Bookmark this one & make it as soon as I get some Strawberries. Thanks so Much for posting this!!!

    Strawberries: One of the major food groups! Comes in right behind garlic. :-) I almost bought a pkg. of frozen strawberries this morning, then remembered I had half a basket of fresh ones I needed to use up first. I'll make this next week and hopefully will get a picture or two of it for you. Thanks for the easy recipe. Chris

    Nice and moist. Was concerned about the lack of flour and excess sugar. Didn't have the strawberries but had a pint of blueberries that I needed to use in something. Took longer to bake. Probably my fault because of the juice of the berries. Will bake this again next year when my strawberries come back in season.
