Barbecue Potato Chips

- 1 tsp. paprika shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. sugar shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder shopping list
- 1/8 tsp. ground mustaed shopping list
- dash cayene pepper shopping list
- 1 large potato.peeled shopping list
- 1 qt. ice water shopping list
- oil for deep frying shopping list
How to make it
- In a small bowl,combine first seven ingredients;set aside.
- Peel potatoes,slice very thin.Place in ice water and soak for 30 mins.
- Drain;place on paper towels and pat dry.In electric skillet heat 1 1/2 inches of oil to 375 degrees.
- Fry potatoes in small batches.Remove with slotted spoon;drain on paper towels.
- Immediately sprinkle with seasoning.Store in airtight container.
- Makes 4 1/2 cups.
