Ingredients
  • 1/2 - cup milk...........
  • 2- tablespoon butter...........
  • 1/2 -cup all-purpose flour..........
  • 2- eggs........
  • 1/2- cup shredded cheddar cheese..........
  • 4- slices bacon , crisply cooked and crumbled.........
  • 1/4- cup green onion , chopped...........
  • 1/4- teaspoon garlic salt.............
  • 1/4- teaspoon pepper...............

Directions
  1. Bring milk and butter to a boil over medium heat...........
  2. add flour, stirring until mixture forms a ball......
  3. remove from heat and add eggs , one at a time..................
  4. blend until smooth
  5. add cheese, bacon , green onion, garlic salt, and pepper
  6. mix well
  7. drop by teaspoonsful on a greased baking sheets
  8. bake at 350 degrees F. for 5- 8 minutes
  9. makes 3 dozen
