Broccoli Deluxe

Ingredients
- 2 10 oz. packages frozen cut broccoli shopping list
- 4 Tbsps. butter or margarine shopping list
- 2 Tbsps. all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. salt shopping list
- Dash pepper shopping list
- 1 c. milk shopping list
- 1 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, cut up shopping list
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs shopping list
- 1/4 c. (1 pz.) grated parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain.
- In saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine; blend in flour, salt, and pepper.
- Add milk all at once; cook and stir till thick and bubbly.
- Reduce heat; blend in cream cheese till smooth.
- Stir in the broccoli; turn into 1 1/2 quart casserole.
- Bake in 350 oven for 20 minutes.
- Melt remaining butter; toss with bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.
- Sprinkle crumbs over casserole; bake 15 to 20 minutes more.
- Makes 10 servings.
