Ingredients
  • 1-1/3 cups white chocolate baking chips
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup butter brickle baking bits

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 then grease a square baking pan.
  2. Melt 1 cup white chocolate chips and butter over low heat.
  3. Set aside to cool slightly.
  4. Beat eggs and sugar until frothy then add vanilla.
  5. Slowly mix in the chocolate mixture.
  6. Gradually add flour and beat until smooth then spread batter in prepared pan.
  7. Sprinkle with remaining 1/3 cup white chocolate chips and brickle bits then bake 30 minutes.
  8. Place pan on a wire rack and allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
