How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 then grease a square baking pan.
  • Melt 1 cup white chocolate chips and butter over low heat.
  • Set aside to cool slightly.
  • Beat eggs and sugar until frothy then add vanilla.
  • Slowly mix in the chocolate mixture.
  • Gradually add flour and beat until smooth then spread batter in prepared pan.
  • Sprinkle with remaining 1/3 cup white chocolate chips and brickle bits then bake 30 minutes.
  • Place pan on a wire rack and allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
