Ingredients

Harvest Bars

1 box spice, carrot or butter pecan cake mix

3 T Imperial Sugar Light Brown Sugar or Dixie Crystals Light Brown Sugar

2 large eggs

1/2 C oil

2 T water

1 C butterscotch chips

1/2 to 3/4 C walnuts or pecans (optional)

Directions

Stir brown sugar into dry cake mix.

Stir in eggs, oil and water.

Stir in chips and nuts.

Spread into 9x13 inch pan coated with no-stick spray.

Bake at 350º F 20 to 25 minutes until done but not overly crisped.

That's it! Enjoy!
