I've always loved these. I was in 4-H when I was a kid, and as a 'project' we could do a live demonstration at the county fair - you had to invite a guest, and then entertain them while preparing a meal, all while following proper food safety and preparation. I made these one year for my demonstration. I invited one of my mom's friends, then carefully set my table and spoke with my guest and the judge while I made 'dinner' for them. When it was done, I had to 'plate' my dinner and serve it to them, and then I could sit down to eat with them while they sampled. This was all while people watched. It was a hit and I got a blue ribbon for my demonstration. It was so much fun - thanks for sharing a great recipe and for bringing back a great memory!
