Ingredients

1 cup flour

1 cup cornmeal

1/4 cup sugar

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 cup milk

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1/4 cup honey

2 eggs, slightly beaten

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 400°

In a medium bowl mix together the dry ingredients.

Stir together the milk (I warm in microwave for 1 minute), oil, honey (oil your measuring cup, the honey will slide out) and eggs.

Mix into the dry ingredients, only until fully moistened.

Pour into greased 9x9 square baking pan.

Bake 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
