- Ingredients :
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp tamarind-based chili paste
- ( speed-blend some fresh red chilis, tamarind concentrate & a squeeze of lime juice )
- chopped green onions
- chopped cilantros
- chopped jalapenos
Directions
- Methods :
- 1) Quick whisk all the ingredients.
- 2) Heat up the pan, splash in some oil.
- 3) Pour the mixture in, pan fry on high heat for a minute.
- 4) Flip it over, cook to a medium-low heat & "cover" the pan for 2 minutes.
