I'm back to tell you that I made this the other day and it was so delicious! Very easy to put together and tastes scrumptious! I will never buy prepared vodka sauce any more! Added a picture, hope that's OK. This is going in my favourites file and I will be making it often! Thanks again for a super recipe!

I stumbled upon your recipe when I was getting ready to write a thank you to Victoria.
Back in the day when I was a sauté cook during my chef's training, this dish was on the menu of the restaurant. I don't know how many times I've made this dish.
This dish was fun to make because we would flame the vodka before adding the cream, and since we were in an exhibition kitchen, we would purposely make great flames when adding the vodka. We would pour in the vodka, let it come to a simmer which only took a few seconds, and then tip the pan slightly so that the flame would catch the vodka. A slight shake, and the flames were over my head.
Thanks for the memories :-)
