So easy! I sometimes forget how delightful a slow cooker can make a meal!

Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken, rinsed
- Sprig of fresh rosemary
- 2 cloves garlic, minced or smashed
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup chicken stock OR water
- 2 lemons, halved
Directions
- Place rinsed chicken in slow cooker, cavity side up.
- Add rosemary, garlic, butter and stock/water to pot.
- Place lemon halves on top of chicken.
- Cover slow cooker.
- Cook on HIGH for 1 hour.
- Reduce heat to LOW and allow to cook for 7 additional hours.
