Lemon Twist Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Beat eggs, sugar and oil
  • add in baking powder
  • slowly add in flour
  • take by tablespoon ful and roll into a little log and twist one over the other almost like a braid
  • bake 12-15 minutes on 350
  • once cool mix together icing ingredients dip in and then sprinkle

    I made these and brought them to our family's little Hanukkah party and they were a hit! I love lemon and these were not too sweet which was so nice. I even got to use the cute snowflake sprinkles my mom bought me. Thanks for this lovely cookie recipe, Laurie!

    Yum...these were great....we all enjoyed them very much. The dough was surprisingly very easy to deal with so it made for a cute twist cookie in the end. Great recipe!

    This is a delightful little cookie! This recipe made 33 cookies...and they were delicious! The dough was very easy to work with. I glazed them and sprinkled them with yellow sugar. I couldn't stop eating these! My whole family loved them! Great easy recipe! I hope you like my photo!

    I love making lemon cookies and this recipe is different than the one I usually make. I would love to try this one. How much flour does it call for? It was not listed in the list of ingredients.Thanks.
