Lemon Twist Cookies

These are yummy light cookies, that everyone seems to ask for during the holidays, The recipe was given to me by my husband's aunt.
Ingredients
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup veg. oil shopping list
- 3 teaspoons lemon extract -plus some for frosting shopping list
- 3 teaspoons of baking powder shopping list
- 3 cups of flour shopping list
- icing shopping list
- confectionary sugar shopping list
- lemon extract shopping list
- tbsp milk shopping list
- sprinkles shopping list
How to make it
- Beat eggs, sugar and oil
- add in baking powder
- slowly add in flour
- take by tablespoon ful and roll into a little log and twist one over the other almost like a braid
- bake 12-15 minutes on 350
- once cool mix together icing ingredients dip in and then sprinkle
