This is my homemade Japanese style deep fried chicken. Very typical Japanese taste as soy sauce, ginger, garlic and sesame oil (my golden combination). Marinade it and fry it! very very good with white rice.

Ingredients

chicken thigh - 1kg bone-off and cut bite size shopping list
A) soy sauce half cup shopping list
A) grated ginger 3 tbs shopping list
A) grated garlic 3tbs shopping list
A) sesame oil 1tbs shopping list
potato starch shopping list
sunflower oil for fry shopping list

How to make it

Marinade chicken into A) for 30 min
dust potato starch each pcs
deep fry then serve with lemon slices!
