This is my homemade Japanese style deep fried chicken. Very typical Japanese taste as soy sauce, ginger, garlic and sesame oil (my golden combination). Marinade it and fry it! very very good with white rice.

Ingredients
  • Chicken thigh - 1kg bone-off and cut bite size
  • A) soy sauce half cup
  • A) grated ginger 3 tbs
  • A) grated garlic 3tbs
  • A) sesame oil 1tbs
  • Potato starch
  • sunflower oil for fry

Directions
  1. Marinade chicken into A) for 30 min
  2. dust potato starch each pcs
  3. deep fry then serve with lemon slices!
