Food from India is one of my favorites and now I live in a small town in Texas and it is difficult to find ingredients. The more recipes you can offer the happier I will be.
I am looking for a good sag paneer and vegetable curry. I hope you can provide these recipes.
    Thanks for your help, Fortuna

You can just boil the veggies. You should be able to mash them.

This is great, being a Malaysian, Indian food is just part of our ethnic preference. This recipe is great, not too heavy on the spices. By the way, I just made some tumeric masala squids on my blog too, check it out :http://www.meltingwok.com
    Cheers :)
