- 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 c slivered almonds
- 1 T chopped onion
- 1/2 c saltine cracker crumbs

2 c cooked chicken shopping list
1/2 c mayonaise shopping list
1 can cream of chicken soup shopping list
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped shopping list
1/2 c slivered almonds shopping list
1 T chopped onion shopping list
1/2 c saltine cracker crumbs shopping list

How to make it

Combine all ingredients
Bake in greased casserole dish at 350 for 25 minutes

This is really comfort food. I have some chicken strips in the freezer from Costco....this would be good for dinner. Do you add any milk to the soup? I'm printing this out tonight!

Btw, have you ever tried Duke's mayonaise? My friend in catering got me hooked on it and now it's all we'll buy. You can find it at Whole Foods, or we buy it at Market Street and Central Market, here in the Dallas area. It is so fresh tasting...like it was just made!!
