~~Very few ingredients needed to make a true southern classic. Save some of the biscuits to eat with butter and honey, of course! **Catheads, by the way, are just a large, airy buttermilk biscuit. So named simply cus of their size! :)

I've never tried putting bacon grease in my biscuits. Granny totally slacked on passing that little secret down to me... Hubby loves him some sausage gravy so we'll be having this for "breakfast for dinner" night this week. Yummy!

You're not SOUTHERN, are YOU!? LOL - but wait, what do you mean "honey"? - You must've meant KARO!!! Sounds great, Keni!

Fantastic Keni! I haven't made the entire recipe yet, but I did make the biscuits for another recipe. I have some sausage set aside for this complete recipe.
