Ingredients
  • 4 (4-ounce) boneless pork chops
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic and herb seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup reduced sodium beef stock
  • 1/2 cup pickled jalapenos, chopped
  • 1/4 cup honey

Directions
  1. Place chops between sheets of plastic wrap and pound to 1/2" thickness.
  2. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. In a shallow dish, combine flour and garlic/herb seasoning.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Add pork to flour mixture to coat.
  6. Turn to coat other side.
  7. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
  8. Cook chops 2 minutes per side OR until golden.
  9. Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine the beef broth, jalapenos and honey.
  10. Mix until blended.
  11. Add broth to chops in skillet.
  12. Simmer 3 to 5 minutes until pork is cooked through and sauce thickens.
