How to make it

  • Heat oven to 375°.
  • Mix all of the meatloaf ingredients in a bowl.
  • You may need to add a few more bread crumbs if the mixture is to soft to form a loaf.
  • Put in a 9x5 loaf pan and cover with foil.
  • Bake for 50 minutes.
  • Remove foil and spread glaze on top (you may not need to use all of the glaze-just what you prefer).
  • Cook for an additional 20 minutes.

    Like the ranch and sour cream in this - would keep it very moist and flavorful...and good sandwiches with the leftover! Thanks~
