Not Your Mommas Meatloaf

- 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef or buffalo (much healthier and tastier than beef) shopping list
- 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix shopping list
- 1 small onion finely diced and sauteed until soft shopping list
- 1/2 c. sour cream shopping list
- 1/2 c. ranch dressing shopping list
- 3/4 c. italian style bread crumbs shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/2 c. parmesan cheese shopping list
- 2 tbsp. Worcheshire shopping list
- 1 tsp. A-1® sauce shopping list
- a couple dashes Tobasco® shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt shopping list
- 1 tsp. garlic powder shopping list
- Glaze: shopping list
- 1/2 c. ketchup shopping list
- 1/3 c. brown sugar shopping list
- 1 tbsp lime juice shopping list
- 1 tsp. ground dry mustard shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 375°.
- Mix all of the meatloaf ingredients in a bowl.
- You may need to add a few more bread crumbs if the mixture is to soft to form a loaf.
- Put in a 9x5 loaf pan and cover with foil.
- Bake for 50 minutes.
- Remove foil and spread glaze on top (you may not need to use all of the glaze-just what you prefer).
- Cook for an additional 20 minutes.
