How to make it

  • Prep potatoes; you may skin them if preferred or leave it on.
  • Cut into large chunks and boil till soft. (Boiling time depends on size and type of potato)
  • Mash potatoes with cheese, rosemary, and milk.
  • Add milk as necessary to create desired consistency.
