Blue Cheese and Rosemary Mashed Potatoes

- 3lbs yukon gold potatoes shopping list
- 8 oz blue cheese shopping list
- 2 tsps Chopped Fresh rosemary shopping list
- 1 cup heavy cream (can sub with whole milk) shopping list
How to make it
- Prep potatoes; you may skin them if preferred or leave it on.
- Cut into large chunks and boil till soft. (Boiling time depends on size and type of potato)
- Mash potatoes with cheese, rosemary, and milk.
- Add milk as necessary to create desired consistency.
