Lip Smackin Bone Lickin Good Greek Ribs Recipe
The original Greek ribs is to marinate souvlaki or pork chops with olive oil lemon,oregano and salt and pepper. And to baste while cooking. This takes it up another level.

Ingredients
  • 1 rack of Baby back Ribs per dinner guest
  • Worchestershire sauce
  • Oregano
  • 1 Lemon
  • Oyster sauce
  • Seasoning salt
  • Pepper

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 500
  2. Wash ribs under cold water, pat dry with a paper towel.
  3. Remove inside membrane on the ribs
  4. In a baking tray place a sheet of aluminum foil, place the ribs on top
  5. sprinkle liberally with worchestershire sauce, both sides
  6. season with seasoning salt and oregano and pepper, both sides
  7. have bone side down on the tray and put into a 500 degree oven for 25 min
  8. Take out tray and brush lightly with oyster sauce, both sides
  9. return to oven for 3 min
  10. Place on a cutting board let rest for 5 min
  11. cut between the bones squeeze 1/2 lemon over each rack
  12. serve hot
  13. and let the lip smackin and bone lickin begin lol
  14. enjoy
