Lip Smackin Bone Lickin Good Greek Ribs Recipe

Ingredients

1 rack of Baby back Ribs per dinner guest

Worchestershire sauce

Oregano

1 Lemon

Oyster sauce

Seasoning salt

Pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 500

Wash ribs under cold water, pat dry with a paper towel.

Remove inside membrane on the ribs

In a baking tray place a sheet of aluminum foil, place the ribs on top

sprinkle liberally with worchestershire sauce, both sides

season with seasoning salt and oregano and pepper, both sides

have bone side down on the tray and put into a 500 degree oven for 25 min

Take out tray and brush lightly with oyster sauce, both sides

return to oven for 3 min

Place on a cutting board let rest for 5 min

cut between the bones squeeze 1/2 lemon over each rack

serve hot

and let the lip smackin and bone lickin begin lol
