This is definitely a great cake to serve company. It is tasty and everyone loves it!

Ingredients
- 3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Cup Butter or Margarine
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 3 Eggs, unbeaten
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 3/4 Cup Chocolate Syrup
- 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
Directions
- Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
- Set aside.
- Cream margarine and sugar.
- Blend in eggs, milk and vanilla.
- Add flour mixture and blend thoroughly.
- Pour 2/3 of batter into greased tube pan.
- Add syrup and baking soda to remaining batter and pour over white batter in pan. DO NOT MIX.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
- Place a sheet of aluminum foil loosely on top of pan.
- Continue baking for 25 minutes.
- Cool completely before removing from pan.

This sounds really good, Im gonna have to try it soon since my hubby loves to eat sweets in the morning....so cake is a must in my house all year long....
