Matt will love these. He already loves when I make him Roast Beef for lunch. He likes it with Mayo, light hots, a couple a slices of sweet pickles, cheese and lettuce. Recently we bought some of the submarine oil..the stuff with the herbs and he loves it even more. This is a perfect way to get around the expensive oil. Also, since I pack it for lunch obviously I never heat it. Makeing it this weekend as a little lunch surprise. Oh, and I'll make it your way without all the extras but with provelone instead of meunster. I'm sure he'll love it. Thanks!
