Quik and easy meal or snack. My family loves them, anyone that tastes them wants the recipe. Just don't think about the ingredience or calories "just make em "

Ingredients
  • 1 lb ham chipped thin
  • 1 lb velvetta cheese cubed
  • 2 lb lean gr. beef
  • 1 16 oz.cans pizza sauce
  • hamburger buns
  • mozzerella cheese - to sprinkle on top

Directions
  1. Brown ground meat
  2. Put finley chipped ham in till it cooks alittle
  3. Add sauce
  4. When hot add velveta cheese
  5. Heat until cheese is melts, spoon on half of hamburger bun.
  6. Place them on cookie sheet, sprinkle with mozzerella cheese.
  7. Bake 400 10 - 15 min

Haha, "ham chipped thin"! Yinzers understand that means chipped ham. And we get the Pizza"burghers" part, too. Great recipe!


The Pizza burgher were Awesone!!! I tried to give you a 5 fork rating, but accidently hit the 3 forks and they won't let me change it. My kids loved these. For all of you southerners out there who don't understand chipped, that would be shaved very thin!


These remind me of my favorite pizza burger we would make when we were kids.
I love the addition of the ham in your recipe.
