cauliflower puree is a sin and an abomination to any dish. this vegetable its a mistake. Tasteless and smelly. Just cook it and your kitchen and the full house will smell a school canteen. No thanks.

I'm on a low carb diet, so I eat mashed Cauliflower instead of mashed potatoes. But I haven't tried the puree. I am eager to try this recipe.

You won't believe it, but I just made something similar the other day just by pure chance! I put my cauliflower on the stove and forgot it. It got over cooked and turned to a puree. I added some milk, seasonings and flour to it, and made cauliflower pancakes. They came out awesome, everyone gubbled them down, wondering what they were! Next time I might just make it into puree, following this recipe!

This'll get them to eat their veggies. Sounds delicious. I might throw a potato in with the cauliflower, to smooth out any corners that the cream and butter didn't get at. Now is the perfect time of year for this dish.
