This'll get them to eat their veggies. Sounds delicious. I might throw a potato in with the cauliflower, to smooth out any corners that the cream and butter didn't get at. Now is the perfect time of year for this dish.

Hey Angelina hon - big Top Chef fan here, too. I really like cauliflower and served up like this is luscious and nutritional. Great offering - and a high 5! ~Vickie

I love cauliflower puree. It is awesome and even low carb, too. YUMMY

You won't believe it, but I just made something similar the other day just by pure chance! I put my cauliflower on the stove and forgot it. It got over cooked and turned to a puree. I added some milk, seasonings and flour to it, and made cauliflower pancakes. They came out awesome, everyone gubbled them down, wondering what they were! Next time I might just make it into puree, following this recipe!

Hi Angelina, I love this stuff!! I am glad you were paying attention to what Ariane made...;-)~ Great Recipe... ;-)~

I'm on a low carb diet, so I eat mashed Cauliflower instead of mashed potatoes. But I haven't tried the puree. I am eager to try this recipe.

Angelina! You are the COOLEST for taking on my Top Chef group suggestion. I plan on making more recipes from the show (with my own twist) and I hope you do the same :-)

Thanks for the recipe Angelina... bravo doesn't even have it yet!
Didn't she tell Martha she cooked it in milk?
I'm gonna try this one tonight!
Another Top Chef fan here!
