So Very Blueberry Muffins

                    - 2 cups all-purpose flour shopping list
- 3/4 C White sugar shopping list
- 2 1/2 t. baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 t. salt shopping list
- 3/4 C. evaporated milk shopping list
- 1 Stick (1/2 C) butter shopping list
- 2 Large eggs shopping list
- 1 16oz Bag of frozen blueberries (fresh can be substituted) shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Prepare a 12 cup muffin tin with non-stick spray or a smearing of butter
- Stir together the eggs, milk & butter till smooth
- Add sugar and blend well
- Stir in flour, salt & baking powder
- Mix all till moist and incorporated
- GENTLY fold in the blueberries
- Fill each muffin cup practically to the top
- If desired, sprinkle the tops of the muffins with sugar before placing in the oven (it really does make a difference!)
- Bake 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of muffins comes out clean
