I don't stop with the typical '1 cup' of blueberries in my muffins. It seems like a lot of fruit until they're all baked up and beautiful. ( I remembered to photograph these just for this page) :o)

I didn't have evaporated milk in the cupboard, so I did 1/2 cup whole milk and 1/4 cup cream cheese. Melted the cream cheese and butter into the milk then mixed into the rest of the ingredients. Worked great and made very moist (though heavier) muffins.
