Another recipe from the 90th celebration - this is one of my favorite coffeecakes...light and moist, full of blueberries and cinnamon. I've had it for so many years, I have no idea where/who this one came from, but I'm glad I've held on to it!

Ingredients
- ¾ cup sugar
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 egg
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup milk
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 cups fresh blueberries (use frozen as a last resort), washed, drained, patted dry, then dusted with a little flour to help keep them from "sinking" during baking)
- Topping:
- ½ cup sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ cup softened butter
Directions
- Mix sugar, butter and egg together.
- Stir in milk; then add dry ingredients.
- Gently fold in fresh blueberries.
- Pour into a greased 9x9 or 7x11 baking dish.
- Combine topping ingredients until crumbly; sprinkle over batter. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
