Sounds strange, but hey -- HIGH FIVE regardless!

Sounds interesting! The stranger the better for me, I'll have to give it a try!

Oh man, I've had this stuff and it is SOOOO good - the beer imparts just a very subtle flavor (depending on the type of beer you use, I'm sure), and it's creamy and salty and GOOD. So glad I have the recipe again!!

.......how do you eat it? is it like a soup? ha....im confused...or maybe its like a dip...that'd make more sense

I will definatly going to try this, my husband loves cheese. Where do you get those cute pictures you use for your recipes, they are adorable.

I had this before- very yum!

Well, how could one go wrong with snappy cheese? ;) Sounds good to me and cheese and beer are a great flavor team. Thanks for the recipe!

This sounds good. I bet my husband would love it, since it combines 2 of his favorite things. But what the heck is snappy cheese?

Thanks for the 5, elaine... it may be the most glorious thing you ever eaten. An adventure, for sure!

Glad I could help out a little, Krum. Think you could help zoe out with what it actually is. I've never tried it so I'm leaving it all up to you, my freind.
La

Krum can help better than I, zoe since she's had it before!

My pictures are compliments of various browser searches.. plug in a recipe name followed by the word images (ie baked bean images) and normally somethings comes back that is at least usable. Try it, ga.

Thanks, midge!

Let me know if you make it, luna!

Well I'm not too certain of what snappy cheese is either, malory but I'd put money on it's being a very sharp cheese. Maybe the sharpest NY cheddar known in the entire universe or something... lol.
