How to make it

  • Mix all together soy sauce, water, lemon juice, garlic, onions & bell peppers.
  • Take butterflied chicken breasts and add to mixture, coating the chicking thoroughly.
  • Cover in a large bowl, and refrigerate for 24 - 48 hours prior to grilling. Turn once or twice during this process.
  • Grilling chicken: Remove chicken from marinade, discard marinade. Can grill onions and peppers if choose to. On a hot grill, cooking will only take approximately 4-5 minutes on each side, depending on how hot grill is. Suggestion would be to spray grill grates with non stick spray.
  • Serve with any side or rice.

    That looks (and sounds) delicious - gorgeous picture, mis7up...great flavors...can't wait to try this one when it's grilling weather again here (after the 20" of snow melt off the patio grill!!)...thank you!
