We were just talking today about doing this.. We add king crab in there too.. Crawdads if we can get them, and if we are feeling rich.... a couple lobster tails... We do this all out side, put a think layer of news paper on the picnic table and it goes on it... We also hand out wet wash cloths... The guys want to do this along with a deep fried turkey for the 4th...

Good post!

This sounds Yummy!!! Will have to try this one! :) Thanks for the post.

Thanks ladies....

We make this at family reunions around shrimping season. We add blue crabs or king crab also. It is always served outside. Wonderful.

Can you use seafood like crab in along with the fish, I use salmon. Also, at what point do you add the crab?

Fish boils are fantastic...very popular in my home state of Wisconsin...Door County seafood boils, very fun especially when cooked over a big campfire in a big castiron pot!! Very Earthy!! I like it!!

Muah! want to eat this now!

If we all visit.. will Charlie make this?

Can't resist this.

This is great. It may be Low Country but they love it in the "Midlands" too.
