Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cut cheese in small pieces or shred
  • In a double boiler over simmering water
  • Blend butter and flour and seasonings until smooth
  • Remove from hot water and stir in Worchestershire
  • Blend in in evaporated milk
  • Return mixture over hot water and add the cans of hot water.
  • Add cheese and stir constantly until melted
  • Serve over toasted buns or toast points.
  • Makes 9 cups
  • Enjoy!

    Thanks so much for posting this. In philly we had a stouffers restraunt that always made this! Bring back old memories and it was so good. Some times they served it over tomatoes as well on the bread. Thanks for posting this.
