This cirtusy, flavorful, quick and delicious fruited salsa is an excellent compliament to a grilled fish dish.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks
  • 1 tbsp minced red onion
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Directions
  1. In a small bowl, combine pineapple, red onion, lime juice, and cilanto.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for an hour before serving.
