Here in N.E. Ohio there are some pizza "joints"that serve this to get rid of older slices.

Ingredients
- two slices pizza
- italian sausage patty or hamburger cooked
- 1 slice provolne cheese
- 1 slice american cheese
- pizza sauce
Directions
- place one slice of pizza in a baking dish
- top with sausage or hamburger
- place americn cheese on meat
- top with other slice of pizza cheese side down
- top with the provolone
- pour sauce over the top bake in a 375 degree oven till hot and bubbly
- enjoy
