I love recipes like this that allow you to cut time with store-brought if you're in a hurry -and if you're not, the homemade version is even better yet! This sounds really good, really easy, really tasty...Krum

What Blue and Krum said! English toffee is near the top of my sweet flavors list. I'm a pushover for cool creamy stuff like this. Sounds like a sweet recipe I'll succumb to. That doesn't happen often. Thanks.

Made this yesterday and it was a hit! I added about 1/4 sour cream to the mixture. I also used fat-free cream cheese and whipped topping and splenda for the sugar. Really tasty! Next time I will sprinkle the toffee bits on just before serving so they stay nice and crunchy!
Thanks Tink!
