Ingredients

1 lb ground beef, browned, drained,rinsed

ketchup

mustard

tomatoe sauce-to your liking

2 slices velveeta-cubed

spices

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 (12 ounce) package refrigerated biscuits

Directions

Preheat oven at 425ºF.

Spray muffin cups with non-stick vegetable spray.

Roll out biscuits until each is big enough to fit into muffin tins with enough dough to cover.

Mix together ketchup, mustard,velveeta,spices and tomatoe sauce with ground beef.

Fill each biscuit cup with meat mixture.

Sprinkle cheese over all. Fold dough over top. I sprinkled a little pizza seasoning and garlic salt over the top.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. I also put a little butter over the tops.
