How to make it

  • FILL THE JALAPENO HALVES.
  • WRAP EACH JALAPENO WITH A SLICE OF BACON AND SECURE WITH A TOOTHPICK.
  • GRILL FOR 5 MINS ON THE BOTTOM SIDE FIRST THEN FLIP AND GRILL 5 MORE MINS ON THE TOP.
  • MAKE SURE TO SPRAY THE GRILL RACKS WITH PAM OR ANOTHER NONSTICK SPRAY SO THE PEPPERS DONT STICK. ENJOY!!!!!!!

These were soooo good! Even though my hands were on fire for 12 hours after making these...they were worth it! Please wear thick plastic gloves when handling jalapenos or you may have the same problem! I made these as written except I baked them instead of grilling them. Everyone at the party gobbled these up quickly! Next time I'll make a double batch! I added my photo to the collection!

OMG these were so good. I only made 12 since it was just me and my husband eating them and wish I woulda made more!!! I could have eaten 20 of them myself! I like the way you season up the cream cheese as well! Adds extra flavor. I can't wait to make them again....great recipe!

we make these too...posted 'em under Porky Peppers :) these are a must for Game Days and pretty much any other occasion...we've never needed the toothpicks, and we add Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. :)
