I'd like to challenge someone out there to do the following based on this recipe. Double your cookie dough as Krum's recipe states above. Roll half of the cookie dough out on a pan. Place the mini candy bars over the dough, close together and then cover all of the candy with the other half of the rolled out dough. Press lightly and seal and bake... Why won't I do this for myself? Because I'd end up eating half of the candy bars before baking, that's why. Please try this and let me know if this makes a great bar cookie. Bet it does! Thanks, All!
