Thanks....I need to figure out how to do pictures. I am a 'chicken' (no pun intended) to try and figure it out. I am waiting for my kids to show me.

I made this for dinner and it was extremely good! I used 6 cutlets and a 12 oz. bag of chips. I baked them for 20 minutes to get them nice and golden and crunchy! This made 4 nice size servings! This tasted like fried chicken but was so much easier! This would also be great if you make them into bite sized pieces and serve them on toothpicks, as horderves! I'll be making these many times, for sure! I added my photo:)

Excellent.....loved this concept...I have never "potato Chip" crusted anything and was so pleased with this recipe. Not only was it easy, but so freakin' tasty with the BBQ chips. Served with Sweet Baby Rays for dippin'. Thanks Susie!
